Which Group Is Best For You?

Leadership Centers USA offers three distinct programs for CEOs and key executives.

TEC, founded as The Executive Committee, is open to successful CEOs, Company Presidents and Division General Managers who have P&L responsibility in organizations that are large enough for their leaders to focus on strategic opportunities.

The President´s Forum is a tailor-made program for owners and presidents of growing companies. Specific programs help them learn to be better leaders and more effective owners - and accelerate the growth of their businesses. PF Members tend to focus on tactical issues.

The KEY Executive Program is designed to increase the personal and professional development of key executives-those who play key decision-making roles within their organizations. Like TEC and PF, KEY Executives gain valuable feedback on current business issues, while learning to confront situations that they may encounter in the future. As a KEY Member, through continued exposure to a variety of critical business problems, you develop new skills to help your company outperform the competition.

Members are selected through a careful interview process to ensure that each individual is placed in the appropriate group. A myriad of factors, including company size, competitor/vendor relationships, and the specific wants and needs of each group and company, are considered. Additionally, every potential Member must be willing to speak candidly about their business, give honest feedback to fellow Members and be driven to contribute to the success of others.
